CHEMCLEAN Z3003 K Concentrated Degreasing and Cleaning Agent

Characteristics:

The CHEMCLEAN Z3003 K concentrate is a colorless homogeneous liquid, consisting of a mixture of anionic and nonionic surfactants, as well as dispersants in an aqueous solution with the addition of auxiliary agents.

Product Properties:

CHEMCLEAN Z3003 K is a low-foaming liquid concentrate of a degreasing and cleaning agent. CHEMCLEAN Z3003 K is non-flammable and does not pose a fire hazard. The product exhibits high cleaning quality with the ability to disperse dirt and emulsify it. The product's solubility in water allows for easy and quick rinsing of treated parts. Through the combination of active substances in the product, outstanding bonding and dirt displacement properties can be achieved.

Intended Use:

The product is intended for professional use. CHEMCLEAN Z3003 K is designed for degreasing and cleaning of metal surfaces (steel, iron, stainless steel, light metals, and aluminum) before applying paint coatings, for degreasing and cleaning in industrial facilities (e.g., industrial floors, walls in production halls, warehouses, or mechanical workshops), and for cleaning and degreasing machinery and equipment in industrial installations. The product can be used to remove light oils, greases, emulsions, polishing pastes, and grinding pastes, among others, from the surfaces of various items.

Application Method:

Use as directed for degreasing and cleaning. It is intended for dilution with potable water. The concentrate becomes a ready-to-use liquid after dilution at a ratio of 1:50, or in the case of heavy, hard-to-remove soiling or heavily greased surfaces, a different dilution can be used, but not lower than 1:25. Application methods for the product include manual cleaning (brush, brush, cloth), spray cleaning (high-pressure washers, e.g., Karcher-type or automatic with a closed loop), or immersion bath methods (baths with bath circulation, ultrasonic cleaners). The CHEMCLEAN Z3003 K degreasing agent can be used in both single-chamber and multi-chamber spray cleaning machines, as well as in ultrasonic-assisted and non-ultrasonic immersion baths. After using CHEMCLEAN Z3003 K, it is necessary to quickly and thoroughly dry the cleaned surfaces (e.g., with a stream of warm air or wiping the surfaces with a clean cloth to remove any residual bath solution) or rinse them with clean water and thoroughly dry. The above guidelines apply to easily corroding substrates. In all other cases, drying the cleaned surface is sufficient. CAUTION: In the case of heavy substrate contamination, the cleaning solution should be changed frequently.
